1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Concretix platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Description

Concretix is a marketplace platform connecting customers with verified 3D concrete printing manufacturers. We facilitate introductions and project matching but are not a party to the manufacturing contracts between customers and partners.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information in all requests
• Ensure you have rights to any designs or files you upload
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Not use the platform for unlawful purposes

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of designs and files you upload. By submitting designs, you grant Concretix a limited licence to share them with relevant manufacturing partners for the purpose of producing your project.

5. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates until formally confirmed. Final pricing may vary based on project complexity, material costs, and partner availability. Concretix is not responsible for pricing discrepancies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Concretix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or any manufacturing services obtained through it.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
